Do NOT install on XL!! Its for XXL only!

So far it only contains a fraction of what was in the UIM, plus a few other well known dependency mods.

Altiris updated Cities XXL Community Patch with a new update entry:

The filter button is on the latest version of XXL...

The filter button is on the latest version of XXL. If your using steam version then it should be the latest version of XXL
The extra menu options came with the Community Mod 2.09a. but it will not help with the filter button issue.

Regarding your log, I think the errors on the airport bits happened to me as well. There are a few of the old airport patches that I never got to work...
