This mod adds tools for terraforming. 4 wider areas and a wider area, plus an option to go up or down the ground.
To use the option that goes up or down the terrain, select it, press the SHIFT key and move up or down the mouse. The price is logically higher when using large areas to flatten. Pay attention to the widest area (X4) which can slow down the game, especially if the camera is close.
