Dependency Cities XXL Community Patch 2.10

So far it only contains a fraction of what was in the UIM, plus a few other well known dependency mods.

Key Features:

• Sandbox Mode/**** Resource Cheat.
• MSCUSTOM Toggle Button.
• Auto-Import UIM Compatible Maps.
• Previous Style Tags for Custom Bridges.
• Forest Tree Class Files for layout creator.
• Shader Pack (updated to DX11).

This should enable most building mods from xln to work with Cities XXL.
Mods can be downloaded and copied to your "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cities XXL\Paks\mods" as usual.
