Mods Obliterate City - Faster v1.0

For those rare times when you chose to Obliterate a city tile, this mod makes a simple change to Exemplar 6534284a-7a4a8458-ca5a576f (Tuning: ObliterateCity) by changing the 0x6a5a6702 Obliterate: SmokeScreenFormationTime property from 10 seconds to 0.1 seconds. It'll still do the other animation sequence, but the overall time will be 9.9 seconds faster.

Just drop this .dat file somewhere in your Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins.
