Step 1: Locate GlobalSettings.cfg in Cities XXL/Data/Config/

Step 2: Open GlobalSettings.cfg

Step 3: Search for the phrase: <!-- Visibility Manager -- > and you will find this: <VisibilityEnabled>2</VisibilityEnabled> and change it to <VisibilityEnabled>0</VisibilityEnabled>.
Now when you start the game and load a city all the objects such as trees and city lights will be only drawn once so no redrawing of objects when you scroll the screen.

Step 4: Search for the phrase: <ProcessEnabled>1</ProcessEnabled> and change it to <ProcessEnabled>0</ProcessEnabled>.
This setting draws all objects (trees, city light etc.) beforehand so no drawing of objects anymore in the game.

Step 5: Search for the pharse: <PoolSize>2048</PoolSize> and change it to <PoolSize>4096</PoolSize> or even <PoolSize>8196</PoolSize> (depends on how many ram you've got).

Step 6: Download 4GB Patch from here 4GB Patch – NTCore.

Step 7: Open the .exe file and select CitiesXXL.exe.

Now you probably got rid of lag. But if it's not enough you can:

Change the priority in the task manager from normal to high. Do not change it to realtime, because it will ruin your PC (unless you know what are you doing).

Turn off shadows in the settings when playing and turn on when taking screenshots.

Little Caesars is the third largest pizza chain in the United States and is headquartered in Detroit, Michigan. In its early days, the chain built stores where pizza was never served before, such as sports arenas, college dormitories, and military bases. Starting in 2004, the chain began offering "Hot-N-Ready" pizzas, where a customer could pick up a large pepperoni pizza for $5 without calling in or ordering ahead of time. The concept was successful enough to become a permanent fixture of the chain, and Little Caesars' business model has shifted to focus more on carryout.

"Wawa" is a Lenni Lenape Indian word for the Canada Goose that was found in the Delaware Valley, hence it's use in the logo. Wawa offers a large fresh food selection, including built-to-Order Hoagies, fresh-brewed coffee, quality dairy products and Wawa brand juices and teas. All Wawa stores also feature a wide selection of ready-to-go salads, fresh fruits and produce.

This download also includes a Car Show to include in your cities. A feature originally suggested by @Hotwheeler, the Car Show will provide a moderate YIMBY effect for your cities. While it looks best placed next to the Wawa Gas Station (as in the picture), it can also be plopped anywhere on its own.

About This File
I've got a folder on my desktop with all types of SimCity 4 projects I had started on and abandoned. With the completion of my B62 lots, I decided to go back through everything and clean it out. This paticular one had been lingering there for over a year; it's good to have it done, to be honest.

Many thanks to @Simmer2 for making me custom bollards to use. The lot just wouldn't be complete without them.

Simply drag the new lots into your plugins folder. With regards toHeblem's files, see the readme for which lots can be safely deleted.

Please refer to the provided image HBS_MallDelSur_Config.png (included in the *.zip) for the correct plopping orientation. As depicted on the image, all of the lots are Network Enabled with road, and lot 1A is additionally Network Enabled with Avenue. The lots utilize timed and/or seasonal props, which may take a few months in-game to properly appear.

Brewers Retail Inc., doing business as The Beer Store, is a Canadian privately owned chain of retail outlets selling beer and other malt beverages in the province of Ontario, Canada. Founded in 1927, it was owned at its inception by a consortium of Ontario-based brewers. It currently operates as a unique open retail and wholesale system primarily owned by three brewing companies, Molson, Labatt and Sleeman, which are owned by multi-national corporations. It is also partially owned (under 0.02%) by 30 Ontario-based brewers. Under the ownership model, all qualified brewers are free to list their products without discrimination and to set their own selling prices, subject to LCBO price approval that must comply with legislated minimum and uniform pricing requirements.

Under Ontario's Liquor Control Act, The Beer Store was formerly the only retailer permitted to sell beer for off-site consumption, other than stores on the site of a brewery, locations of the provincial government-owned Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO), and LCBO-authorized agency stores in certain smaller communities. The act and the company's articles of incorporation further stipulate that Brewers Retail cannot sell "hard liquor" (spirits) or consumer goods (like groceries).

Amendments made to the Liquor Control Act have since allowed for the sale of single and 6 packs of beer at select supermarkets in Ontario. That was done to enhance customer access and convenience. The Beer Store, however, continues to maintain pricing exclusivity in providing consumers discounts on larger packs of beer, along with retail partners, agency stores, combination stores and manufacturer outlets. What distinguishes the Beer Store is its characterization as a sort of "beer commons." A 2013 Angus Reid survey commissioned by the Ontario Convenience Stores Association found that only 13% of Ontario residents were aware that "The Beer Store monopoly is not a government-owned enterprise." The Beer Store operates approximately 450 outlets in Ontario and made a gross profit of about $396-million in 2016.

In early June 2019, the provincial government passed legislation to terminate its 10-year contract with the company, six years prior to expiry; continued negotiations with TBS were underway prior to actual enactment of the legislation. This step was a prelude to making beer widely available in variety stores in Ontario.

BC Liquor Stores are a chain of crown corporation retail outlets operated by the British Columbia Liquor Distribution Branch to distribute alcoholic beverages in the province of British Columbia, Canada. They are accountable to the Attorney General of British Columbia. BC Liquor Stores currently operate 196 locations across the province. The chain was established in June 1921, following the result of a plebiscite in favour of liquor availability through government liquor stores. Prior to the plebiscite, alcohol had been illegal through the Prohibition Act, introduced on May 23, 1916, with exceptions to sacramental, medicinal or industrial purposes.
