Announcment Dropdown menu has been restored from xenforo 1.x

As many of you know, XenForo 2.x introduced a wide range of new features and improvements to enhance the user experience. However, one notable change was the removal of the traditional dropdown menu, which was replaced by a list chooser in the newer versions.
